1. The subject of the contract is the execution of autumn plantings in the municipality of Słubice along with the supply of plant material, preparation of the area for planting once planted. 2. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to supply plant material and to carry out plantings in accordance with the list and requirements set out in Annex 1 to the contract. The planting locations indicated in Annex 1 to the Agreement are subject to change. The final places of planting will be indicated to the Contractor by the Ordering Party in the field, before the start of works or during their implementation. … Contractor is obliged in particular to: 3.1. Planting plantings in accordance with the horticultural art of . 3.2. Supply of plant material conforming to the species, varieties, quantities and parameters specified in Annex 1 to the Agreement; 3.3. Transport of plants to places indicated by the Ordering Party; 3.4. Pruning tree crowns - before planting in accordance with the art of gardening. The scope and type of cuts determined on an ongoing basis with the Ordering Party. 3.5. Preparation of pits for planting. Swollenness of the interior of the pits, flooding with water and mortar depending on soil conditions and in accordance with current arrangements with the Ordering Party, in the case of trees: pits with min. depth and width -100 cm. 3.6. Land development by de-icing the land with cleaning up municipal pollution. 3.7. Substrate replacement, ground infiltration (Treatment, Osmocote, hydrogel). 3.8. Sprinkling (mulching) of plants/discount with bark or wood chips. 3.9. In the case of planting bushes and flowers (discount), the area is covered with geotextile and fixed with fixing pins. 3.10. Accurate compression of the ground on the border of the root lump of planted plants. 3.11. Planting plants at such a depth that a natural bowl is formed around them, by lowering the level in relation to the parent ground, the depth of the bowl to 5 cm below the ground. The plant should be planted at the same depth as it grew in the nursery. 3.12. Abundant watering of plants with water. (in the case of trees - min. 50 l. under each tree. Indicated water pouring within 8 hours to eliminate all air pockets within the solid). 3.13. In the case of trees, stabilisation of the solid as currently agreed with the Contracting Authority: - use 3 stakes with a diameter of 5 cm and a height of min. 200 cm in a spacing of 60 - 70 cm with upper double (rigid and soft) and lower (rigid) ties. 3.14. Clean up the area after planting. 3.15. Presentation of the plant passport. 4. The detailed scope of the contract is set out in the annexes to the tender specifications. 5. The order is not divided into lots. This is a homogeneous order with a low order value. The division of the contract would cause excessive technical and organisational difficulties in correcting and supervising the performance of the activities of the various Contractors performing the contract.
