Provision of property protection services for the facilities of the Municipal Administration of Marketplaces and Parking in Rzeszów in the form of monitoring of alarm systems along with the arrival of the intervention group Size/Scope: The subject of the contract is a property protection service in the form of monitoring of alarm systems along with the arrival of the intervention group in the following facilities of the Ordering Party: a) Guarded parking at ul. Wyspiański in Rzeszów about the area. 1800 m2, b) Market Hall at ul. Targowa 6 in Rzeszów about the area of 3009 m2, c) Administrative building at ul. ks. J. Jałowy 23A in Rzeszów about the area of 612.25 m2, d) Sanitary building on the market square at ul. Manor in Rzeszów about the area. 98 m2, e) Administrative building on the market square at ul. Manor house in Rzeszów 23 m2. 2. The contracting authority shall require that the subject-matter of the contract offered does not include: 1) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the basic interest of state security; (2) an ICT product, the type of which has been specified in the decision on the recognition of the supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in Article 67b(2); 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, as well as ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision. Pursuant to Article 2(12) to (14) of Regulation 2019/881 on ENISA (the European Union Agency for Network and Information Security), (Cybersecurity) and information and communications technology cybersecurity certification and repealing Regulation (EU) No 526/2013 (Cybersecurity Act) - an ICT product is an element or group of elements of network or information systems, - an ICT service is a service consisting wholly or mainly in the transmission, storage, retrieval or processing of information through network and information systems, - an ICT process is a set of activities performed for the purpose of designing, developing, providing or maintaining ICT products or ICT services. 3.
