… Jaszczów 211B, 21-020 Milejów - 55 300 l A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the tender specification. The specified amount of gas is estimated and may change depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, to which the Contractor agrees and will not pursue claims for quantitative and generic changes during the implementation of the subject of the contract. Quality requirements relating to at least the main elements making up the subject-matter of the contract, as referred to in Article 246(2) CTMR. 2 of the Public Procurement Act is set out in the description of the subject matter of the contract, which is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR, and in the legal provisions, in particular: 1) Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 28 May 2021 on quality requirements for liquefied gas (LPG) (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024, item 744) under Art. 2 point 3 of the Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2025, item 1529).
