Medical oxygen in bundles The Ordering Party has its own bundles marked - 12 pcs. of cylinders with a capacity of 50 l -200B and 12 pcs. of cylinders with a capacity. 40l 150B, whose technical service and ensuring efficiency lies with the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party provides for the delivery of medical oxygen in bundles only in emergency states. The ordering party estimates the demand for approx. 4 bundles, however, reserves the right to carry out deliveries in quantities resulting from actual demand, which at present cannot be predicted, e.g. in cases of emergency network or liquid oxygen tank. 4. The offered gases being a medicinal product must have a valid marketing authorisation in the Republic of Poland issued by the Minister of Health or a marketing authorisation issued by the Council of the European Union or the European Commission in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Law of 6 September 2001 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2022, item 2301 i.e.). The gases offered as a medical device must meet the requirements of the Medical Devices Act of 7 April 2022 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2022, item 974, as amended). 5. The contracting authority requires that the trade name, manufacturer and EAN code of the medicinal products offered be provided in accordance with the Price Form – Annex 2.
