The Contracting Authority shall allow the use of equivalent solutions/parameters, provided that the Contractor demonstrates that the solution offered is equivalent to technical-operational-use parameters not inferior or better than those required by the Contracting Authority. 7. Delivery and collection of the vehicle being the subject of the order will take place on working days from 7:00 to 14:30 at the seat of the Werbkowice Commune Office: ul. Zamojska 1, 22-550 Werbkowice, internal parking behind the Office building. 8. The offer should include a valuation of all accompanying services indirectly related to the subject matter of the proceedings, i.e. in particular: delivery of the subject of the contract. 9. CPV codes: Main code: 43260000-3 - Excavators, shovels and shovel loaders and mining machinery, Additional code: 43261100-1 - Mechanical loaders. 10. The requirements relating to the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the ToR – Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract. The Contractor must offer a backhoe loader that meets all the minimum requirements set out in this Annex. 11. Where the description of the subject-matter of the contract includes references to standards, technical specifications or technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority shall accept equivalent solutions on the terms set out in Article 101 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contractor relying on equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the offered backhoe loader meets the requirements of the Ordering Party. 12. The contracting authority does not allow variants to be submitted. 13. The contracting authority shall not provide for the award of the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(b) CTMR. 1(7) and (8). 14. Guarantee. The subject of the contract will be covered by the guarantee for a minimum period of 6 months. NOTE ! The guarantee period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers.
