The tractor will be delivered to the Ordering Party from an official authorized distributor of agricultural machines of a given brand in Poland, brand new, from serial production (not being a prototype), free from physical and legal defects, covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The tractor must be capable of: 1) operation in all seasons and days in weather conditions encountered in the Polish climatic zone, 2) driving on hard and ground roads, 3) outdoor storage. On the day of delivery, the tractor must be ready for operation and suitable for use on public roads. The Contractor shall provide the following documents with the machine: 1) CE certificate of conformity, 2) manual for machine and accessories in paper and electronic versions, 3) spare parts catalogue, 4) warranty cards, 5) all necessary documents needed for vehicle registration in Poland.
