… Comprehensive supply of natural gas to the boiler room of the "Hostel" building in DPS in Bobrek at ul. Dębowa 23. Tariff W-4. Contractual capacity up to 110 kW/h. Annual consumption above 109 000 kWh (current contract until 31.12.2026). The contract will be concluded for a definite period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028, which the Contractor should include in its content. The branch of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. competent for all three collection points is the Branch of the Gas Company in Zabrze, ul. Blessings of God 11, 41-800 Zabrze. 2. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. 3. The contracting authority shall indicate the estimated quantity of gas: 2 980 772 kWh and determines the possible deviation of the volume from the basic demand to the level of max. +/- 20%. The estimated amount of gas was determined on the basis of consumption in previous years. The estimated amount of gas may be reduced or increased. The above estimated amount of gas is used only to compare offers and is not an obligation for the Ordering Party to purchase gas in this amount.
