… 71 standard on the safety of toys), for electronic equipment, – CE marking confirming compliance with EU requirements or a declaration of conformity confirming compliance with safety standards (in the case of products that should have such a marking in accordance with the provisions of law) – requirements specified in the regulations on the safety of toys, including the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Finance of 20 October 2016 on requirements for toys, covered by the provisions of this Regulation. NOTE 2! For Lot 1 of the contract: The Contractor is obliged to deliver and bring the toys to the City Hall of Przasnysz, ul. Kilińskiego 2, 06-300 Przasnysz. The Contractor is obliged to notify the representative of the Ordering Party by phone about each delivery. 1. The cost of delivery, unloading and bringing the subject of the order to the indicated object shall be borne by the Contractor. 2. The delivered subject of the order should be brand new, full-value, free from defects, complete, ready for use, without the need to purchase additional components. It should meet the quality standards specified in the relevant legal acts, have manufacturer's guarantees and should meet all the requirements provided for by the applicable regulations for this type of products and cannot be the subject of claims by third parties. 3.In toys and teaching aids where batteries are required, they are required to be included. 4. All toys and teaching aids must be made of materials that are safe for children, non-toxic, durable and resistant to mechanical damage. 5. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to provide a quality guarantee for the delivered subject of the contract for a period of at least: 24 months from the date of receipt of the subject of the contract (for each part of the contract). The quality guarantee period is a criterion for the evaluation of tenders. 6. The other conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the public contract, which constitute Chapter IV of the ToR (Annex 4). 2. Part 2. Purchase of didactic and play aids for the kindergarten ul. The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, unloading along with the bringing of movable items (toys and teaching aids).
