The subject of the contract is the performance of renovation works in classroom No. 6 and the renovation of the floor in classroom No. 25. In classroom No. 25, the dismantling of the existing wooden floor with base layers, waste removal and disposal, moisture and thermal insulation, a new cement backing reinforced with steel mesh and laying of wood-like porcelain tiles with pedestals and finishing elements will be carried out. In classroom 6, the scope of work includes the repair of plaster, removal of old painting coatings, priming and execution of gypsum plaster on the walls and the installation of a suspended ceiling of plasterboard along with finishing and painting. … also includes the modernization of sanitary installations by replacing two radiators, connection pipes and radiator valves. As part of the electrical work, it was planned to replace lighting fixtures with LED luminaires, replace wires, connectors and electrical sockets, make installation furrows and install power and network sockets at computer stations. The scope also includes replacing the network installation with category 6 cables, moving the TV with the installation to the other side of the room and performing electrical measurements after the work is completed.
