… with a height of 205 cm and a base length of 120 cm, on a concrete substrate, over a length of 50 m, 4) works related to the reconstruction of descents, including the construction of a channel and substructures made of aggregates, in accordance with the design documentation and the amount of works. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the annexes to the tender specifications: 1) Design documentation – Annex 5 to the ToR, 2) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works – Annex 6 to the ToR. The contracting authority points out that the design documentation prepared covers the implementation of the entire investment project, while the subject of the present proceedings is only part of the works provided for in that documentation. The detailed scope of the works covered by the contract was specified in the bill of quantities, which is the basis for drawing up the offer and performing the contract.
