1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive renovation and modernization of a set of locker rooms, a sports equipment warehouse and a communication line located next to the cloakrooms in the primary school building. … Cloakroom No 5 – area 9,50 m2 6) Sports equipment warehouse – area 8,00 m2 7) Cloakroom traffic – area 20,00 m2 Total : 100,00 m2 The works include in particular: - preparatory and dismantling works, - execution of new floors, - renovation of walls and ceilings, - replacement of door joinery, - modernisation of electrical installations, - modernisation of central heating installations, - execution of fire protection and access control elements, - equipping school changing rooms, - equipping a sports equipment warehouse, - execution of accessibility elements for people with special needs, - execution of as-built documentation and final acceptances. Implementation of the task is aimed at improving the functionality, safety and comfort of use of renovated rooms, as well as increasing their durability and adapting them to the current needs of the educational institution. Size/Scope: The task includes the execution of construction, installation and finishing works in the following areas: a) Student lockers - renovation of existing locker rooms for boys and girls, - installation of new cloakroom equipment (racks, seats, hangers). b) Equipment warehouses - renovation and adaptation of the sports equipment warehouse, - installation of storage racks with increased load-bearing capacity, - installation of security systems and lighting. c) Communication line at the locker rooms - renovation of the corridor with the finishing of walls and floors, - installation of new aluminum interior doors, - improvement of safety of use (lighting, fire elements - smoke detectors). Scope of construction works The task provides in particular for: - demolition works (disassembly of floors, disassembly of wall cladding - tiles, doors, radiators, elements of equipment), - darkening of selected window openings, - construction of water pipes, - preparation of substrates and construction of self-leveling screeds, - construction of new floors made of PVC lining, - construction of vapour-permeable wall claddings, varnish lanterns and painting of walls and ceilings, - installation of handrails during communication. Installation scope The task includes: - installation of new steel radiators and grilles, - making the necessary changes in the electrical installation (LED lighting with motion sensors, electrical sockets), - installation of smoke detectors for preventive purposes, not connected to an advanced event management system (SWD PSP), - installation of electro hitches and card readers in the doors to selected rooms, - modernization of the internal hydrant. Equipment and finishing elements The task provides for: - installation of fixed locker rooms (racks, upholstered seats, shoe shelves and backpacks), - installation of hangers, mirrors and decorative elements, - equipping warehouses with metal racks and hooks for storing equipment, - installation of waste bins and small items of equipment. 2.
