The new development continues the stylistics of the existing building. A two-storey building covered with a flat roof was designed. The roof plating above the last floor is designed from heat-sealing primer and top covering. The building will be equipped with an internal electrical, teletechnical, water, sewage, central heating and lightning protection system. Vertical communication will take place through 2 staircases and 1 passenger elevator. The building will be equipped with gravity ventilation, assisted. Heating of both outlets will be carried out from the existing gas-powered C.O. node. Each of the facilities, on the first floor, will have 2 separate sanitary rooms (showers, washbasin, paragraphs). The building and its surroundings will be adapted for use by people with disabilities. The sidewalk next to the building will be constructed in such a way as to ensure the most gentle approach and driveway to the platforms, located at the main entrances to both outlets. All interior doors will be devoid of thresholds. A passenger lift was designed to move vertically between individual floors. It is also for the contractor to obtain a decision authorising the operation of the UDT. The detailed scope of works for this task is determined by the bill of quantities and the price list and the design documentation. When valuing and performing works, decisions, conditions, arrangements, opinions to the developed project documentation should also be taken into account. Fulfilment of the conditions contained in the above-mentioned documents and the costs associated with them should be included in the price of the offer. It is also up to the Contractor to obtain the occupancy permit on behalf of the Ordering Party or to submit an effective notification of the completion of the works and the intention to enter into use (if they are required in accordance with applicable law). Note: Before signing the contract, the contractor whose tender is deemed to be the most advantageous is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a price calculation Price list - drawn up in accordance with Annex 10 to the tender specification, drawn up on the basis of the submitted work schedules: • The Contractor must value each item separately in the Price List (CW) (Annex 10 to the ToR), observing the rules for calculating the value in each item and summarising the overall amounts given in the CW. The Contractor may not change the quantities given in the CW, • the CW must be read in conjunction with other contract documents. It is assumed that the Contractor has carefully read the detailed description of the works to be carried out and the manner in which they are to be carried out. The entire Works should be carried out in accordance with the intention and purpose of the subject of the contract, • the quantities given in each item of the list are information quantities, indicating only an indicative scope of work that should be carried out to complete a given element (works), for which a further calculated flat-rate remuneration is due and do not matter when calculating the value of a given element (works) after its completion, • short descriptions of the item
