The subject of the contract is to provide temporary shelter in a shelter for homeless people - women headed by the Social Welfare Center in Gliwice. 1. The Contractor shall operate the shelter in accordance with the following provisions: a) Article 48a of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance (i.e. Journal of Laws 2026, item 639 as amended) b) Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy of 28 July 2025 on minimum standards for accommodation centres, shelters for homeless people, shelters for homeless people with care services and heating rooms (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1059) 2. Provision of temporary shelter will take place from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from 01.01.2027 to 30.06.2028 or until the earlier use of the maximum number of man-days specified in §1 sec. 2 contracts with a maximum of 3185 man-days.
