In this case, the amendment to the contract requires the signing of an annex, except that the Ordering Party unilaterally notifies the Contractor about the proposed extension of the contract before the expiry of the period for which it was concluded. 8 Reasons for non-division: The subject of the contract has not been divided into lots for technical, organizational and economic reasons, it forms an indivisible whole, therefore it is necessary to perform the service by a single Contractor. The performance of the service requires cooperation in the scope of the entire subject of the contract, in order to ensure the performance of the service properly, in accordance with the requirements contained in the description of the subject of the contract. The performance of the contract by different Contractors could seriously jeopardise the proper performance of the contract and risk excessive technical difficulties.
