… services is divided into 10 parts, in accordance with the wording of the Terms of Reference, Section II, point 4. The total length of roads covered by snow removal is: 165,926 km. Detailed parameters of the subject-matter of the contract are included in Annex 9 to the ToR, which is a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract. The subject matter of the present proceedings is a service within the meaning of the PPL. The Contractor is obliged to perform the services in a safe manner, without causing a threat to bystanders, taking into account the non-deterioration of the existing facilities. 2.
