A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the Annex to the ToR: (1) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (Annex 10 to the ToR); (2) Bill of quantities (Annex 10 to the ToR); (3) A visual map of the roads of the Wronki Forest District (Annex 12 to the ToR); (4) model of quotation estimates (Annex 1a to the ToR). The bill of quantities and the model quotation may not constitute the sole basis for the quotation. The number of works ordered to be performed during the performance of the Subject of the Contract may be less than the amount presented in the bill of quantities and the quotation, which, however, cannot be the basis for any claims of the Contractor against the Ordering Party regardless of their legal basis. During the performance of the Contract, the Ordering Party may order a scope of work smaller than indicated in the bill of quantities and the quotation, but not less than 70 % of the Remuneration
