… 10:30 - Holidays and public holidays - 24h protection - The ordering party may make minor changes to the hours in exceptional situations may be changed after agreement with the Contractor 2) Protection of the building against robbery, burglary, penetration of undesirable persons, theft, attacks of vandalism, terrorism, etc. 3) immediate notification of the employees of the Police, Fire Brigade and other services authorized by the Ordering Party and cooperation with the above-mentioned services in order to ensure proper protection in the event of any threats 4) use to support the protection of signals and operation of fire-fighting system equipment; 5) Supervision of signals and fire protection system 6) the physical protection tasks of the facility will be carried out on the basis of the provisions of the ‘Instructions of the building security service of the Sochaczew Commune Office developed by the Contractor and accepted by the representative of the Sochaczew Commune Office; - the Contractor is obliged to present the draft instructions of the security service of the building of the Sochaczew Commune Office within 3 working days from the date of signing the contract. The project will be approved by the Ordering Party. 7) control of passenger traffic, preventing the entry of unauthorised persons, 8) issuing and accepting keys to individual rooms, 9) control of window closures and door closures to rooms after leaving them by employees at the end of work, carrying out celebrations of the building, 10) control of the area outside and inside the facility, 11) the Contractor's main responsibilities in the implementation of the security contract are in particular: a) planning tasks for subordinate security personnel, exercising supervision and control over the implementation of security service tasks, making periodic analyses and assessments of the safety status of the facility and immediately informing the Ordering Party about the occurrence of negative events or threats; b) providing security personnel with uniform clothing during work, i.e. uniforms or suits, elements identifying the security company and individual identifiers of the security employee; 12) the duties of the employee of the service are in particular: a) preventing unauthorized persons from entering the building, taking the necessary interventions in the event of a violation of the rules of safety of protected persons and property; b) counteracting the occurrence of external and internal threats, efficient operation in the event of crisis situations, issuing and accepting keys to business premises in accordance with the Employer's guidelines and their protection; c) every morning on the working days of the Sochaczew Commune Office, distributing the attendance list of employees and confirming working hours on the attendance list of service employees; (d)the celebration of the entire building and checking whether after working hours the windows are closed, the water taps are twisted, the lights are turned off and the heating devices are disconnected from the electrical power supply, and checking whether there are people who do not have permission to do so on the premises of the Office; monitoring signals from alarm devices and taking appropriate action in this regard;
