… the seat of the Ordering Party in foreign trade; 10) registered shipments with return confirmation of receipt, sent to the designated operator (domestic); 11) Service of receiving shipments from the Ordering Party; Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing directly activities related to the handling of the Contracting Authority’s correspondence, i.e. receiving, verifying and confirming the receipt of correspondence for postal traffic at the Contractor’s post office serving the Contracting Authority and delivering returns to the Contracting Authority’s registered office. At each request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor shall be obliged to submit to the Ordering Party appropriately anonymized financial and human resources documents confirming that the subject of the contract is performed by persons employed under the contract.
