Transport of pupils to schools and kindergartens in 2027 for the Municipality of Żychlin

… Monday to Friday, for which one course per day is provided, i.e.: Żychlin – SP Grabów – Dobrzelin – Drzewoszki – Czesławów – Drzewoszki Małe – Pasieka – Żychlin – Budzyń – Zgoda – Oleszcze – Grabie – Kruki – Tretki –Chochołów – Orątki – Żychlin. Route description: distance in km – max. 43 km. Departure from Grabów Primary School at. 13:35, last stop in Żychlin hour. 14:30. Travel time – 55 minutes The route covered by point 2 will cover pupils from schools and kindergartens for which the Municipality of Żychlin is the leading authority. The total number of kilometres per day for the route under points 1 and 2 is approx. 145 km. 3) The above routes from points 1 and 2 are served by 1 bus. (4) Number of schoolchildren to be taken in each course – not less than 49 seats. The tenderer should ensure safe and punctual transport of pupils to schools and kindergartens. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change routes and hours in the event of circumstances unforeseen in the organization of the school year (e.g. transporting a student who has not used transport or has previously used transport on another route or who has stopped using transport, shortening lessons, cancelling classes at school, setting days off from teaching and educational classes). The Contractor should adapt to the situation, which will be notified by the Ordering Party. Transport should take place by bus/bus technically efficient, ensuring adequate comfort and safety of travel and properly marked. Means of transport for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract must meet the conditions laid down in the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (consolidated text: Dz. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251 as amended) and other provisions related to passenger transport – Road Transport Act of 6 September 2001 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 1490, as amended) and in the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024, item 502 as amended). A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the conditions for the provision of services are set out in Annex 7 to the ToR – model contract. 2. Partial offer No 2 – transport of pupils by bus to schools and kindergartens in 2027 for the Municipality of Żychlin on the following routes: 1) Route I: Żychlin-Grabów-Dobrzelin-Żychlin-by Oporów-Kutno Return of Kutno-by Oporów-Żychlin, for which the total number of kilometres (from Monday to Friday) is determined – max. 295 km. Time of departure from Żychlin – 6:30, transfer to schools and kindergartens in Kutno – 7:50 and return to Żychlin. 2) Route II: Żychlin-Dobrzelin-Żychlin-by Oporów-Kutno Return of Kutno-by Oporów-Żychlin, for which the total number of kilometres (from Monday to Friday) is determined – max. 275 km. Time of departure from Żychlin – 8:45, transport to schools and kindergartens in Kutno – until 9:45 and return to Żychlin. 3) Route II: Żychlin-Basic School in Grabów-Brzeziny-Śleszyn-Biała-Grzybów Hornowski-Biała-Śleszynek-Budzyń-Żychlin, for which the total number of kilometres (from Monday to Friday) is determined – max. 130 km.
