Activity 3 ‘Green’: Municipal roads with paved surface and dirt roads with a total length of about 80 km in the area defined in the graphic annex separated by provincial roads 221 and 224 together with the area of parking lots at: Municipal Office, Primary School in Nowa Karczma, Library in Nowa Karczma, Primary School in Lubań and sewage treatment plant in Lubań. 4. The subject of the contract is snow removal and removal of embankments of paved roads, dirt roads and pavements in the Nowa Karczma Commune in the 2026/2027 season. Activity 4 ‘Blue’: Municipal roads with paved surface and dirt roads with a total length of about 45 km in the area defined in the graphic annex separated by provincial roads 221 and 224 together with a parking lot at the educational building in Szatarpy. 5. The subject of the contract is snow removal and removal of embankments of paved roads, dirt roads and pavements in the Nowa Karczma Commune in the 2026/2027 season. Activity 5 includes the following walkways: 1. 5A - Sections of pavements in Nowa Karczma with a length of approx. 8 km (including stairs in the area of ul. Sosnowa) and the Nowa Karczma – Lubań walking and cycling path with a length of approx. 3 km; 2. 5B - A section of the sidewalk in Szumlesie Królewskie with a length of approx. 0.3 km; 3. 5C - Sections of pavements in Lubań with a length of approx. 4 km; 4. 5D - Lubań - Nowy Barkoczyn walking and cycling path and sections of pavements in Nowy Barkoczyn with a total length of approx. 4 km; 5. 5E - Walking paths in Grabów Kościerski with a length of approx. 1 km and in Grabówek with a length of about 0.4 km.
