4.1 The subject of the contract is the execution of simplified design documentation for the reconstruction renovation consisting in the liquidation of flood damage in the river bed of Prudnik. As part of the documentation, the Contractor is obliged to prepare an inventory of the technical condition of the route and built-up regulatory riverbed insurance, which will allow the identification of irregularities and preparation of project documentation. The renovation is to consist in the reconstruction of the Prudnik riverbed by: construction of shore burrows, clearing of the trough, making fortifications of escarpments and the Ciek trough, felling of trees and shrubs, humusing and sowing. … for such works that do not require obtaining a building permit, environmental and water law decisions and involve only the restoration of the original state of these facilities. The scope of the contract includes works involving the development of geodetic documentation along with the development of a map, discernment of the legal status of real estate, detailed technical inventory of objects and equipment, inventory of trees and shrubs, development of design documentation (hydrological and hydraulic calculations, technical design, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bill of quantities and investor's cost estimate).
