1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of data transmission services and voice calls in the GSM network. The basic requirements for the performance of the subject of the contract include: 1.1. Ensuring the availability of services in at least 95% of Poland. 1.2. Required period of activity of the services covered by the contract: 1.12.2026 – 30.11.2027 1.3. In order to provide the services, the contractor will provide 2 sets of SIM cards - a total of 1760 cards. SIM cards included in individual sets do not have to be identified by the same MSISDNs. 1.4. SIM card sets should be delivered to the Center for Statistical Informatics Department in Radom address: ul. Planty 39/45, 26-600 Radom, no later than 23 November 2026. … Party requires adjusting the scope of services for each set of SIM cards, according to the following scheme: Set 1: 860 SIM cards for voice calls, SMS and MMS, data transfer. Voice calls and SMS – unlimited, MMS – 20 messages per card, 4 GB (minimum required). Set 2: 900 SIM cards for data transfer - 4 GB (minimum required) 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the contracting authority's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance are specified by: a) description of the subject-matter of the contract – Annex 1 to the ToR, b) draft provisions of the contract – Annex 3 to the ToR.
