Additional information that may influence the preparation of the tender – risk calculation: 1) The course of claims for the last three policy years (i.e. from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2026) as at 15.10.2026: Trainee accident, 28.11.2025 – payments of PLN 2 000.00 (compensation) + PLN 300.00 (costs) = PLN 2 300.00; reserve as at 30.09.2026 0,00 PLN. 2) Information on cyclical repairs and modernization of the Navigator XXI ship: a) main engine overhaul – March 2016, b) main overhaul of generating sets – April 2022, c) dock overhaul for ship class renewal (including main engine overhaul) – February 2023, d) overhaul of generating sets after 3 000 hours of operation after main overhaul – August 2024, e) modernisation (replacement) of control, supervision and diagnostic systems for main engine, adjustable screw, thruster and other marine power plant equipment and power distribution management system (PMS) – March 2025, f) overhaul of generating sets after 6 000 hours of operation after main overhaul – June 2026 2. Equivalent solutions The Contracting Authority does not provide for equivalent solutions. An economic operator relying on equivalent solutions must demonstrate that the solution it offers meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority. In this case, the contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions together with its description or standards.
