… for use by newborns and infants from the first days of life (0+) and meet the requirements laid down for toys, in particular in Directive 2009/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safety of toys and the provisions implementing that Directive into national law, as well as the requirements of standard PN-EN 71 in parts appropriate to the product offered. 6. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract as brand new, free from physical and legal defects, made in accordance with applicable law, technical requirements and standards applicable to the type of products.
