… including the course and timely performance of the subject of the contract, quality, compliance with the technical and quality conditions specified for the subject of the contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for meeting the other requirements set out in the model contract and resulting from applicable law. D. Delivery of the subject of the order by own transport and at your own expense and risk, to the premises of the Complex of Secondary Schools in Ornontowice, ul.Dworcowa 1. E. Unloading of the subject of the order from the means of transport and its transport (delivery) to the premises indicated by the Ordering Party, unpacking from packaging; F. Connections, commissioning of the subject of the contract and checking the correctness of its operation; G. Conducting job instruction for employees of the Ordering Party to the extent necessary for comprehensive use of the subject of the contract; H. Providing service under the quality guarantee, as well as service during the post-warranty period under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract. I. Delivery along with the delivery of the subject of the contract documents indicated in the tender specifications and any other documents that allow the Ordering Party to use the Equipment in accordance with the law and in accordance with its technical and economic purpose (all documents specified in this point should be drawn up in Polish or translated into Polish); J. The minimum warranty period for the subject of the contract is 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. The warranty period is equal to the warranty period.
