The Contractor is obliged to deliver the goods at his own expense at the place and time agreed with the Ordering Party. Delivery will take place on a working day from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. – District Office, Al. John Paul II 95A, 21-010 Łęczna. General requirements of the subject of the contract: 1) The subject of delivery is to be brand new, unused, free from defects and complete, i.e. having all accessories, wires, cables necessary for their use. … produced at the latest 12 months before the date of submission of the offer, be operational and have the equipment necessary for functional operation. The supplied assortment must be properly packed to prevent damage during delivery. The Ordering Party requires that the instructions for the ordered goods be in Polish. 3) The assortment constituting the subject of the contract must meet all the requirements of the standards specified by applicable law, in particular CE declarations and ISO 9001 certificate for the manufacturer.
