The maximum size of the option right for each lot shall be equal to the difference between the maximum quantity and the minimum guaranteed quantity given in the table in Chapter III, point 2. The unit price in the option is the same as for the guaranteed range. 2. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option if it is necessary to adjust the size, identify additional needs of employees or changes in the employment status. The contracting authority may order the scope covered by the option once or in parts, no later than 14 calendar days before 31 December 2026 and only to the extent feasible by that date. It is allowed to change the number of pieces between sizes and female and male variants in a given part, if the product offered is available in a given variant and the change does not affect the total guaranteed minimum or maximum for that part. No part of the contract may be replaced by another part. 5. Within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, the Contractor shall deliver to the Ordering Party's headquarters, at his own expense, a set of available sizes of the offered model for the purposes of employee fittings; this applies to male and female variants, respectively. Samples for sizing can be in colors other than the color of the order. 6. The contracting authority will provide a final statement of the number of pieces and sizes after the fittings have been carried out. The Contractor will collect the size kit at his own expense within 7 days of the request. 7. In the event of a mismatch of clothing, the Ordering Party may reduce the quantity ordered within the scope of a given part, but not below the guaranteed minimum. For caps, it is allowed to match the size groups to the manufacturer's table while maintaining the required number and covering the size of employees. 2. Part 2.
