Execution of festive lighting of the city of Mielec in the 2026/2027 season

… reasons; 2) ongoing maintenance of decoration lighting throughout the entire exposure period, including ensuring the proper functioning of all elements of the installation, control of their technical condition and efficiency, and continuous monitoring of lighting operation; 3) provide maintenance services, including, in particular, regular inspection detours of locations where decorations have been installed, verification of their technical condition and proper operation, as well as taking the necessary corrective actions in the event of defects, damage or other irregularities; 4) ensure the insurance of decorative lighting elements for the duration of the contract; 5) performing the required electrical measurements of installations related to the installation and operation of decorative lighting, 6) disassembly of decorative lighting after the end of the exposure period, including safe disconnection of the installation from the power supply, disassembly of all decorative elements and accessories installed as part of the contract, and then their transport to the storage place; 2. The total number of complete decoration elements is 125 pieces, including 101 pieces of lantern elements for mounting at height and 24 pieces of free-standing spatial figures. Decorations delivered by the Contractor must correspond to the models indicated in the Order Item Description (OPZ), constituting Annex 1 to the model contract. 3. Decoration Exposure Time: from 06.12.2026 to 31.01.2027 The Ordering Party requires that the lighting be started on 06.12.2026. during urban Santa Clauses. 4. The leased elements constitute the assets of the Contractor, they should be new and fully operational, lent to the exhibition. The decoration patterns and descriptions included in the OPZ are exemplary. The colours of the luminous and decorative elements and the material of all structural elements described and shown in the OPZ must be preserved. A tolerance of +/- 5% of the difference in the described technical parameters, i.e. dimensions and number of illuminating points in relation to the given minimum values, is assumed. The Municipality of Mielec has the consent (issued by the copyright owner) for the contractor selected in the ongoing public procurement procedure, according to which the selected contractor may make and use in the framework of this procedure the decoration patterns presented in the documents of the procedure. It is disposable and non-transferable. 5. The contracting authority stipulates that spatial elements with a height of more than 6 m should have technical cards – the contractor is obliged to attach technical cards to the offer together with the design of these elements. 2.
