… including the technical conditions resulting from the Road Traffic Act (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251) together with the provisions implementing this law. 6. The Contractor will be obliged to provide and hand over to the Ordering Party the documents necessary to register the vehicle. 7. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered vehicle be brand new, full-value, manufactured in 2026, complete, free from manufacturing and legal defects, made in safe technologies and usable at the time of receipt. 8. The delivered vehicle must come from an authorised sales channel. 9. The Contractor shall be obliged to cooperate with the Ordering Party on a permanent basis in order to coordinate the proper course of delivery and performance of the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party. 10. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for the performance of all the services covered by the contract and for the persons or entities with the assistance of whom the Contractor performs or entrusts the performance of his duties. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a warranty for physical defects. The warranty period for physical defects is 24 months from the date of receipt of the subject of the order in accordance with the rules set out in the Civil Code. The Contractor shall be liable for all defects in the subject of the contract revealed during the warranty period. The customer has full rights under the warranty for physical defects resulting from the provisions of the Civil Code within the time limits specified therein - regardless of the rights under the guarantee.
