… the installation and mounting system of the trolley, documentation of the ramp, instructions in Polish, warranty books and other documents indicated in the Annex to the ToR and the draft provisions of the contract. The Contractor shall conduct practical training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party on the operation of the vehicle, the ramp, fixing the trolley and securing the person travelling on the trolley. The vehicle and the completed bodywork must meet all the requirements in force on the date of delivery resulting from the provisions of law, approval and rules of entry into service. If standards, technical assessments, technical specifications or technical reference systems are indicated in the procurement documents, the Contracting Authority shall accept equivalent solutions in accordance with the rules laid down in the Public Procurement Act. 4.2.1 The description of the subject of the contract is supplemented by the following annexes to the Terms and Conditions: • ANNEX to the ToR - technical specifications
