Part III of the contract ‘Renovation of roads as part of the implementation of the Sołecki fund in the municipality of Bulkowo’ – Gniewkowo parish, covers the supply of gravel with the incorporation of min. 393.18 t, max. 511.13 t, for the needs of the Gniewkowo parish. a) The contracting authority stipulates that the amount of gravel indicated, i.e. 393,18 t is the estimated quantity to be used by the Contractor to calculate the offer price. In the event that the quantity of aggregate actually delivered would be less than 393.18 t, the Contractor shall not be entitled to claim damages against the Ordering Party in this respect. 4. Part IV of the contract ‘Renovation of roads as part of the implementation of the Sołecki fund in the commune of Bulkowo’ – Golanki Górne parish, covers the supply of a dolomite stone mixture with a grain size of 0-31 mm with the incorporation of a minimum of 100.46 tonnes, max. 130.59 tonnes, for the needs of the Golanki Górne parish. 100,46 t is the estimated quantity to be used by the Contractor to calculate the offer price. In the event that the quantity of aggregate actually delivered would be less than 100.46 t, the Contractor shall not be entitled to claim damages against the Ordering Party in this respect. 5. Part V of the contract ‘Renovation of roads as part of the implementation of the Sołecki fund in the municipality of Bulkowo’ – Krubice Stare parish, covers the supply of gravel with the incorporation of min. 235.91 t, max. 306.68 t and a dolomite stone mixture with a grain size of 0-31 mm in the amount of min. 51.60 t, max. 67.09 t, for the needs of the Krubice Stare parish. 235,91 t and a dolomite stone mixture with a grain size of 0-31 mm, i.e. 51,60 is the estimated quantity to be used by the Contractor to calculate the offer price. In the event that the quantity of aggregate actually delivered would be less than 235.91 t for gravel and less than 51.60 t for dolomite stone mixture with a grain size of 0-31 mm, the Contractor shall not be entitled to claim damages against the Ordering Party in this respect. 6. Part VI of the contract ‘Renovation of roads as part of the implementation of the Sołecki fund in the commune of Bulkowo’ – the village of Krzykosy, covers the supply of a dolomite stone mixture with a grain size of 0-31 mm and the incorporation of a minimum of 132.80 tonnes, max. 172.63 tonnes, for the needs of the village of Krzykosy. 132,80 t is the estimated quantity to be used by the Contractor to calculate the offer price.
