What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of brand new, unused eleven (11) mobile water treatment stations with the necessary equipment. The subject-matter of the contract is specified in detail in the description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ), which is attached as Annex 1 to the tender specifications and contains, inter alia, the minimum technical and operational requirements for the equipment to be procured. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) constituting Annex 2 to the ToR. Contract implemented as part of the implementation of own tasks in the field of civil protection and civil defence under Area II – ‘Logistical security and ensuring continuity of supply’ for local government units from Mazovia.
