Under the contract, the Contractor shall in particular: 1) delivery of a complete ice rink with equipment; 2) supply of ice sheet care device; 3) transport and unloading; 4) preparation of the substrate to the extent necessary for the proper installation and functioning of the ice rink; 5) installation of all elements of the ice rink; 6) assembly and connection of the refrigeration unit and other technical equipment; 7) making the first ice sheet; 8) carry out technological start-up; 9) carry out tests and tests for the proper functioning of all devices; 10) training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party; 11) providing complete technical documentation, instructions for use, certificates, warranty documents and documents required by law; 12) providing warranty service; 13) dismantling the ice rink. 4. Description of the subject-matter of the contract including accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities and design for all users. The ice rink will be accessible to all users. 5. The detailed scope of delivery covering the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 7 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract. WARNING! When standards, technical approvals, proper names, trademarks, technologies, tools, materials, etc. are used in the tender documentation (the tender documents and annexes), they should be considered as examples aimed at clarifying the subject matter of the contract and defining the technical and quality standard. The contracting authority accepts equivalent solutions, provided that they ensure at least technical parameters, functionality, durability and safety not inferior to those required and compatibility with the other elements of the ice rink. The technology, tools and materials for the performance of the contract must be accepted in the category of quality not lower (equivalent) than that indicated in the tender specification and its annexes. The Contractor who refers to an equivalent solution described by the Contracting Authority in the tender documentation is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. A list of equivalent solutions together with a description or standards shall be submitted by the Contractor together with the tender. If the Contractor does not submit a declaration on the use of equivalent products in the tender (by submitting a list of equivalent products and supporting evidence), it is understood that the products proposed in the tender documentation are included in the performance of the subject-matter of the contract. 6.The minimum warranty period is 36 months.
