The Contractor shall deliver diesel fuel and unleaded petrol 95 successively according to the Ordering Party's needs. Diesel oil and unleaded petrol 95 must meet the quality requirements according to the Polish Standard PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 or an equivalent standard, and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item. 1314). However, the requirements contained in the Regulation take precedence over the standard. The Contractor must ensure that fuel can be refuelled from the distributor directly to the Customer's vehicles within the city of Wielichowo.
