The subject of the contract will be provided by the Contractor to the Wałcz Commune Office and subordinate units: Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Wałcz, Fr. Jan Twardowski in Chwiram, John Paul II Primary School in Strączno, Janusz Korczak Primary School in Gostomi, Jan Brzechwa Primary School in Różewo, European Union Primary School in Karsibor. The Ordering Party will send shipments at the facility designated by the Contractor located in Wałcz from 08:00 to 15:30. The Contractor shall designate a post office for the service of the Ordering Party in the city where the seat of the Ordering Party providing postal services within the scope of the procedure in question is located. … Contracting Authority. The Parties allow for the possibility of postponing shipments to the next day in the event of justified objections regarding received shipments (e.g.: incorrect packaging, lack of a full address, incompatibility of entries in the shipping documentation with the descriptions on the shipments, lack of fee marks) and the inability to clarify them with the representative of the Ordering Party or remove them on the day of their receipt. The postal delivery service will be provided by the Contractor to any address indicated by the Ordering Party in the Republic of Poland and outside the Republic of Poland in accordance with international agreements concluded by the Contractor. The individual quantities of sent postal items specified in point 1 are estimated and may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. The data in the table form the basis for describing the subject of the contract for the purposes of conducting the procedure and selecting the most advantageous tender. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for non-delivery by the Ordering Party of the anticipated quantity of letters. The actual quantities of consignments carried out during the term of the contract will result from the contracting authority’s current needs and may therefore differ from the quantities indicated in the table in point 1 above and in the tender form – Annex 1. If the Ordering Party sends shipments not included in the offer form, the basis for settlements will be the prices from the current price list of the Contractor's postal services. One calendar month shall be taken as the reference period. The basis for calculating the amount due will be the sum of fees for shipments actually sent or returned due to the inability to deliver them in the settlement period, confirmed as to the quantity of weight on the basis of sending documents and delivery documents and paid correspondence service from the seat of the Ordering Party. Receivables resulting from VAT invoices, the Sender / Payer will be paid by bank transfer to the account indicated on the invoice within 21 calendar days from the date of its issue.
