… delivery of the tractor within 30 days from the date of signing the contract, h) the risk and insurance for transport time lies with the Contractor, i) the supplier will train the delivery price of the Employer's operator in the construction and operation of the tractor, j) on delivery should be accompanied by a confirmation of a zero inspection, what should be documented in the vehicle warranty book, without additional fees being paid by the Ordering Party, k) a brand new tractor, with a technical examination carried out, free from physical and legal defects, claims of third parties, with complete documentation necessary for registration and operation should meet all the conditions for the entry into service of vehicles required by the Road Traffic Act. The Contractor will deliver the purchased machine to the Ordering Party's headquarters, the delivery will be at the Contractor's expense (address: Square 500 Lecia 4, 19-330 Stare Juchy). The customer will refuse to accept the delivered machine if poor quality is found.
