1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service consisting in running the Senior Club in Nowinki, ul. Szkolna 24, 05-280 Jadów in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2028. 2. The enquiry is addressed to sheltered workshops or other contractors whose activities or the activities of their organisationally separate entities that will perform the contract include the social and professional integration of persons who are members of socially marginalised groups, in particular persons referred to in Article 94(1) of the Public Procurement Law Act of 19 September 2019 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320), specifying the minimum percentage employment rate of the persons referred to above (minimum employment rate 30%). 3. … number of hours of classes for participants will be no less than 2304 clock hours (on average 96 hours per month for two groups). Classes will be carried out at least 16 times a month, between 8 and 19 hours (it is allowed to carry out classes at other hours after prior arrangement with MGOPS Jadów). 5. Various activities will be carried out, i.e. educational activities (e.g. lectures, occasional meetings), manual (handicrafts, including the purchase of plastic and decorative materials), culinary (including the purchase of foodstuffs), physical activities (e.g. gymnastics, cycling and walking), rehabilitation once a week for each group. At least once a month, a sightseeing trip or going to the theater, integration meetings, a bonfire. Providing two meals a day II breakfast and lunch for each participant. Insurance of participants. 6. Classes for participants planned as part of the task should take into account the individual needs and capabilities of participants and be available to them regardless of their level of fitness. 7. Employment of the Club Manager and supervisor (in accordance with Article 122(1) of the Social Assistance Act of 12 March 2004) 8. Practitioners should: a) Have a tertiary education in the social sciences or humanities or have experience in working with older people or people with disabilities or dependent persons or at risk of social exclusion. 9. The functioning of the Senior Club should be carried out in accordance with the Organizational Regulations of the Municipal-Municipal Social Welfare Center in Jadów, Order No.010.8.2024 of the Director of the Municipal-Municipal Social Welfare Center in Jadów of 24 June 2024.
