… with the list of services - set out in Annex 2 to the Agreement. The scope of the works and the conditions for their performance are set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract – Annex 9 to the tender specifications, in the bills of quantities constituting Annexes 10 and 11 to the tender specifications and in the model contract – Annex 8 to the tender specifications. The maximum amount of remuneration that the Contractor may obtain during the period of performance of the contract is PLN 247 500.00 gross, assuming that: A) rates for 1 gross man-hour with surcharges (excluding VAT): PLN 75.41/y-g (PLN 81.44/y-g including 8% VAT) B) value of the reference cost estimate: 1) for residential premises – PLN 18 719.68 gross 2) for maintenance works – PLN 21 464.70 gross The Contracting Authority guarantees that it will commission the Contractor with the scope of works for which the value of the remuneration will not be less than: – PLN 123 750.00 gross, i.e. 50% of the maximum value; Justification for not splitting the contract into lots. Due to technological and executive reasons and rational spending of public funds, it is not possible to divide it into parts. This would entail excessive technical difficulties and costs for the performance of the contract, as well as the need to coordinate the activities of the different economic operators implementing the different lots.
