… training: from the date of signature of the contract – 12 December 2026 b) Form of the training: In-person training, open to the public, includes theoretical and practical classes to a limited extent – first aid training, i.e. didactic classes carried out in the form of a theoretical lecture conducted using, in particular, the conversational lecture method, while in the part concerning the provision of first aid, a description with a show, with the possibility of involving participants in classes to independently practice life-saving techniques. The duration of the training session (each time) up to 240 minutes, not less than 210 minutes. The subject of the contract will be carried out in Warsaw (Bielany District), provided by the Ordering Party. c) Number of training courses: Max. 17 stationary training sessions for max. 50 people each. d) Duration of one training: Up to 4 hours the whole, i.e. a lecture, with a demonstration and to a limited extent practical exercises. e) Target group: Min. 813 persons residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Methodological and didactic preparation • Thematic scope of the training: The thematic scope of the training includes thematic areas according to the summary: Obligatory: 1) alarm signals and warning messages; 2) individual preparation for evacuation and survival in conditions of long-term danger; evacuation of people, animals and property and cooperation with civil protection entities; 4) first aid; (5) assistance measures; 6) personal protective equipment and places of refuge in situations of real danger. Optional: (1) Responding to disinformation; (2) ensuring cybersecurity; 3) cooperation in a team; 4) increasing one's own resistance to threats. 4. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract shall be as follows: • The draft provisions of the agreement, which will be incorporated into its content – constituting Annex 2 to the ToR; • Description of the subject of the contract - constituting Annex 7 to the ToR.
