A conference room and parking are available. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including minimum requirements for the quality and scope of the contracted service, is included in Annex 1 to the PPU. 5. Other requirements related to the service provided: - the object should be a year-round object, - an exclusive object on 19.11-20.11. 2026, in the public area and the living area, air-conditioning or systems ensuring proper air exchange and maintaining a temperature of 18-21 degrees C and a humidity of 45-60% – sanitary installation – hot and cold water around the clock, – the conference room and the restaurant are premises designated for this purpose and are located in a building in which accommodation will be provided. - the facility must have recreation and sports facilities, bowling - a minimum of 2 tracks, a minimum of 2 billiard tables, a minimum of 2 saunas and a jacuzzi - the town in which the facility is located must not exceed 11 thousand inhabitants. - the facility should be located at a distance of 2km from hiking trails enabling a trip to the mountains in the free time from training.
