… Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - . Labour Code 4. The contract is financially supported: The contract is funded under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme 2025-2026 5. The contracting authority does not allow for the possibility of submitting partial tenders under the contract in question. In the opinion of the Contracting Authority, the lack of division of the contract into lots does not limit the quantitative and qualitative possibilities of participation of economic operators from the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises. 6. The contracting authority does not allow for the possibility of submitting a variant offer. 7. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of personal performance by the Contractor of key parts of the contract. 8. The contracting authority did not specify in the description of the subject of the contract the requirements related to the performance of the contract referred to in Article 96 of the Act. 9. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the right to apply for the award of the contract solely to the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Act. 10. Settlements between the Ordering Party and future Contractors will take place in Polish zlotys. The Ordering Party does not provide for settlements in foreign currencies. 11. The contracting authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure. 12. The contracting authority does not provide for the conclusion of a framework contract. 13. The contracting authority does not envisage setting up a dynamic purchasing system. 14. The contracting authority does not provide for the use of an electronic auction. 15. The Ordering Party does not provide for the submission of an offer in the form of electronic catalogues. 16. The contracting authority does not impose any requirements as regards the means of proof in question. 17. The contracting authority may cancel the public procurement procedure if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it. 18.
