… cleaned every second Saturday starting from 09.01.2027, excluding public holidays and days when the Voivodship Labour Office in Opole is closed. If the extension option is used, the first Saturday covered by the service in 2028 is Saturday 08.01.2028 5. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of applying the right of option: 1) extending the period of service provision for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2028 on the terms described in § 2 sec. 3-6 PPU (hereinafter referred to as the extension option), 2) consisting in reducing the number of m2 covered by the service or limiting the days on which the service will be provided in accordance with the rules described in § 2 sec. 7-11 PPU (hereinafter referred to as the reduction option), 3) consisting in increasing the number of m2 covered by the cleaning service in accordance with the principles described in § 2 sec. 12-16 PPU (further as an option to increase). Details on exercising the option right are described in the PPU. 6. The Contractor undertakes to perform all services using his own means, materials, machinery and equipment. 7. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor has at his disposal a minimum of 5 persons capable of performing the contract (performance of the service) and a coordinator. 8. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor be insured against civil liability for business activity for the sum insured of at least PLN 250 000.00 for the entire duration of the contract. 9. The Contracting Authority shall require Contractors or subcontractors to ensure that persons performing activities consisting in the physical performance of services within the scope specified in detail in Annexes 2 and 3 to the PPU are employed on the basis of an employment contract (not applicable to the coordinator). 10. The method of verifying the employment of the persons referred to above, the contracting authority's powers of control and sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are set out in the PPU. 11. Indicative number of employees of the Contracting Authority in each location: 1) at ul. Głogowska 25c - 126 people, 2) ul. Oleska 127 - 36 people, 3) ul. Damrota 7 - 13 people, 4) ul. Reymonta 14 - 15 people.
