The Contractor is obliged to provide a minimum of 36 months guarantee for the construction works, materials and equipment performed. The warranty period for the works, materials and equipment performed (to be assessed in criterion 2) must be indicated in the tender form, which must be given in months, and the extension of the warranty period must relate to 12-month periods (e.g. 48 months, 60 months - no more than 60 months). 4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.
