Specific requirements for the subject of the contract: 1) studies should be prepared in particular in accordance with the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development and implementing acts relevant to a given type of decision in the version in force on the date of performance of a given service. In particular, the provisions on urban planning analysis and the setting of requirements for new development and land use shall apply to decisions on development conditions; 2) one project subject to settlement is considered a complete substantive study concerning one individually marked case. The price shall also include verification, correction of errors and completion of the study to the extent that the need for these activities results from defects or incompleteness of the study attributable to the Contractor; 3) The Contractor, without additional remuneration, provides explanations to the developed projects, removes their defects and prepares substantive positions regarding comments and objections regarding the development. These obligations shall last for the duration of the contract and 12 months from the receipt of the project concerned; 4) in the event of an appeal against a decision issued on the basis of a draft drawn up by the Contractor, the Contractor shall, at the request of the Contracting Authority, prepare a written position on the substantive correctness of the drafting. The obligation includes substantive assistance in appeal proceedings, does not include legal representation of the Mayor before the Local Government Appeals Board; 5) The Contractor shall provide studies in electronic form and in the number of paper copies necessary to conduct administrative proceedings - for transmission to the opinion-giving authorities and parties to administrative proceedings and for transmission of the draft decision together with annexes; 6) the minimum scope of the subject of the contract includes the preparation of a minimum of 1200, a maximum of 1500 draft decisions referred to in point 1.
