The subject of the proceedings is the provision of care services for clients of the Social Services Centre in Skarszewy in the city and municipality of Skarszewy in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 3. The subject of the contract is the provision of care services referred to in Art. 3 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance for CUS clients in the city and Commune of Skarszewy in the amount of 6.756 hours, in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 4. The Contractor will provide services on working days and non-working days, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, 7 days a week, in accordance with the orders. 5. Duration of services: 1 hour of service equals 1 clock hour, i.e. 60 minutes. 6. The concept of the number of hours of services provided should be understood only as the actual time of providing services without preparatory activities, i.e. without the time needed to reach or travel. 7. Number of hours 6.756 given in paragraph. 3 is an estimated number, the size of the services provided is estimated at 563 hours per month for a total estimated of about 25 people. 8. The number of hours may change because it cannot be determined precisely due to the specificity of the contract, which is characterized by the variability of needs due to the changing state of health and life situation of people in need of assistance. 9. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of hours of care services provided depending on actual needs and financial capabilities. The remuneration payable to the Contractor will be determined on the basis of the gross price of 1 hour of care services specified in the tender. Quantitative changes in the hours as well as a reduction in the value of the contract do not require an annex to the contract. As part of the offer price, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to use in full the ordered number of hours. The Contractor shall be entitled to remuneration for the number of hours of services actually provided and shall not make any claims as to the performance of the remaining part not commissioned by the Ordering Party. 10. The subject of the contract includes the provision of care services for people who, due to age, illness or other reasons, are unable to meet everyday life needs, hygienic care, care ordered by a doctor and provide contact with the environment, as well as for people who require the help of other people, and the family cannot provide such assistance. 11. The contractor with whom the Ordering Party concludes a contract for the provision of care services will be obliged to perform the subject of the contract with special care, ensuring the rational use of technical means and employees and care for the property of customers. The Contractor is obliged to employ people who are not punishable, physically and intellectually fit, able to perform physical work, with the ability to maintain proper interpersonal contacts.
