… subject of the contract and use replacement copies (the ability to copy the software to multiple devices using a disk image, one standard installation package or software implementation tool obtained from the group licensing site), with the right to repeated use in the installation and backup process. 8) The offered software must be in the Polish language version with the possibility of switching the language version of the interface to other languages, including English. 9) It is required to provide, by the selected Contractor at the acceptance stage, collective documents enabling the legality of the purchased software to be confirmed. 10) The Ordering Party allows the Contractor to offer products that meet all specific technical requirements, but with a broader (additional) than the described functionality. 11) It is required to provide access to a personalized page allowing authorized persons on the part of the Ordering Party to: a) downloading the purchased software, b) activating the purchased software, c) checking the number of purchased products in the list of purchased products. 12) The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with protection against claims of a third party for infringement of copyright by the offered product, in the event of immediate notification of the Contractor or the Ordering Party about the claim for compensation. 2. be authorised by the software manufacturer to grant licences; 2) The license may not impose additional fees on the Ordering Party related to the execution of the subject of the contract; 3) Granting permission to the Ordering Party to use the software indefinitely and must take into account the right to independent, free installation and the right to update; 4) The Ordering Party will provide the end user with the subject of the order at the stage of signing the contract, 5) The license will be delivered in electronic form (electronic key) to the Microsoft 365 WIŁ-PIB Administrative Center to the email address: [email protected] 6) licenses must allow for free portability between workstations (e.g. in case of hardware replacement or damage), 7) licenses must include the right to free installation of software updates, critical and optional patches provided by the software manufacturer, 8) licenses must include the right to run earlier versions of the software subject to the contract and use replacement copies (the ability to copy the software to multiple devices using a disk image, one standard installation package or software deployment tool obtained from the group licensing site), with the right to re-use in the installation and backup process. 9) The offered software must be in the Polish language version with the possibility of switching the language version of the interface to other languages, including English. 10) It is required to provide, by the selected Contractor at the acceptance stage, collective documents enabling the legality of the purchased competition to be established
