The Contractor shall, at his own expense, deliver and assemble clothing cabinets and other elements and devices of the system at the swimming pool facility, implement the software and launch the entire electronic cabinet opening system and conduct training for swimming pool personnel. 4.3. Place of performance of the contract: indoor swimming pool at ul. E. Biernackiego 4A in Opoczno. 4.4. Note: Due to the fact that the simultaneous modernization of the changing rooms is planned in the indoor swimming pool, the Contractor will perform the order in the second (two) stages, i.e. : 1) Stage I, including delivery of: - clothing cabinets, swimming pool cabinets with HLP for two people with a bench in the amount of 100 pieces (for a total of 200 people), - equipping the cabinets with an electronic opening system (readers, proximity locks with a repellent, wired power) comprising 200 pieces of cabinets, - software - 1 set, - transponder reader (cassette) - 1 set, - straps with a transponder and numbering - 200 pieces, - reel gate with a drive - 1 set, - tilt gate controlled by a button - 1 set, - gate reader / gate controller - 1 set, - reader: stop time, - reader: duration of stay, - RS converter, buttons, 2) stage II, including: - installation of clothing cabinets, swimming pools in the rooms of the indoor swimming pool, - installation of cabinet equipment with readers, proximity locks with a repulsion device, wired power supply, - installation of elements and devices necessary for the functioning of the system, - installation of wiring, - implementation and configuration of software, - commissioning of the entire system of electronic opening of cabinets, - conducting training for indoor swimming pool personnel in the operation of the system. 4.5. Note: The ordering party has its own computer equipment (type: computer, monitor, printers, etc.). However, if it turns out that the equipment owned by the Ordering Party will be insufficient, then the Ordering Party will, at its own expense and in agreement with the Contractor, equip the swimming pool with appropriate computer equipment and accessories to ensure the proper functioning of the system. 4.6.
