The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment to primary schools and their pre-school departments indicated in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), in accordance with the quantities and requirements specified in the OPZ – constituting Annex 2 to the tender specification. Products must be brand new, unused, free from physical and legal defects, complete and ready for their intended use. The equipment must meet the safety requirements of the legislation in force, which are specific to the type of product. Electrical and electronic equipment shall meet appropriate electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility requirements. … necessary accessories, fastening elements, wiring, instructions for use in Polish and warranty documents. The software must be provided with the rights to legal use by the Ordering Party. The technical, functional and completeness requirements must be met cumulatively. The quantities of primary school and pre-school equipment are separate and must be added up when preparing the offer. The contracting authority accepts equivalent solutions on the terms set out in the CIP. 3.2. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment to the following schools together with the assembly, installation, configuration and commissioning of those items of equipment for which such activities are required in accordance with the CIP: 1) Task 1 – supply of equipment to the primary school together with the pre-school unit in Łaszczówka. 2) Task 2 – delivery and installation in a primary school with a pre-school unit in Savoy. 3) Task No. 3 - delivery of equipment to the primary school together with the preschool department in Majdan Górny. 4) Task No. 4 - supply of equipment for primary school with preschool unit in Podhorce 5) Task No. 5 - supply of equipment for primary school with preschool unit in Szarowola. 6) Task No. 6 - delivery of equipment to the primary school together with the preschool department in Pasieki. 7) Task No. 7 - delivery of equipment to the primary school together with the preschool department in Typin. 8) Task No. 8 - delivery of equipment to the primary school together with the preschool department in Rogóźno.
