… understands the transport and removal of pupils by means of transport meeting the requirements set out in the ToR, together with the provision of the driver and the provision of a guardian (on routes 2 and 3 in package 2). More information in chapter 4 of the ToR, in the offer form and in the draft contract. 2nd package 2 transport service for pupils with disabilities to ‘kilometer’ schools The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services for the purpose of transporting pupils to and from educational establishments. It is recommended that the Contractor familiarises himself with the routes before submitting his tender. The performance of the transport service is closely linked to the organisation of the school year, which the Contractor is aware of when submitting his tender. In package No. 2, the Ordering Party provides caretakers only on route No. 1 (to Karczmisk). This means that in package No. 2 on routes No. 2 and 3 (to Koła and to Matczyno), the Contractor must include in the price of the offer the cost of the guardian on each route. The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation for the Contractor to perform key tasks in person, in accordance with Article 60 and Article 121 of the Public Procurement Act.
