The contract covered by the option shall include performance by the Contractor of: - executive projects for the construction of Investments (hereinafter: Executive Projects), - technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works for the construction of the Investment (hereinafter: ‘Specifications’), - bills of quantities for the construction of the Investment (hereinafter: ‘Measurements’) – an investor’s cost estimate for the construction of the Investment (hereinafter: ‘Kosztorys’), and the transfer by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of the copyright in the project documentation indicated in the points above.
